Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and Youlinker SIA, a limited-liability company registered in the Republic of Latvia (Riga, Latvia; Reg. No. available on request) ("Beacon", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the Beacon platform at ibeacon.ai and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Beacon is an SEO and "AI-visibility" (GEO) analytics platform. It crawls the publicly available pages of websites you specify, checks how search engines and AI assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) present your brand, and produces audits, recommendations and reports.

Some metrics are measured (e.g. a live crawl, a live model query) and some are modeled estimates derived from third-party data or heuristics; the Service labels these accordingly. See §9 (Data accuracy).

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account.
• You may only audit websites you own or are authorized to analyze. You must not use the Service to investigate sites in violation of others' rights or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Paid plans (Growth, Agency and others) are sold as recurring subscriptions billed in advance, monthly unless stated otherwise, through our payment processor Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of taxes unless stated; applicable VAT is added at checkout where required.

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for each renewal.
• Cancellation is available at any time and takes effect at the end of the current paid period — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Price changes apply from your next renewal; we give reasonable advance notice by email or in-app.
• Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry and may suspend or downgrade paid features until payment succeeds.

5. Free tier

We may offer a free tier with limited projects, prompts and features. Free access is provided "as is", may be rate-limited, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. We may enforce plan limits exactly as published.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to break the law, infringe IP, or violate others' privacy;
• resell, sublicense or expose the Service to third parties except as your plan permits (e.g. agency/client use within your account);
• attempt to overload, probe, reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Service's limits, security or paywall;
• use the Service to crawl sites you are not authorized to analyze, or in a way that harms the target site.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Your data & content

You retain ownership of the data you submit (projects, URLs, prompts, notes). You grant us a limited licence to process it to operate the Service. We handle personal data per our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any website or data you add to the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and content (excluding your data) are owned by Youlinker SIA and protected by law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Reports we generate are yours to use for your own business purposes.

9. Data accuracy & third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Google Gemini, DataForSEO, Stripe, public APIs) and on data that changes constantly. Beacon's principle is never to fabricate data: measured values are labelled as measured and estimates are labelled as estimates. However, audits, scores, keyword volumes, AI-visibility results and competitor data are provided for informational purposes only, may be modeled or estimated, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or current. You are responsible for verifying anything you act on. Beacon does not guarantee any search ranking, traffic, or AI-citation outcome.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Latvian or EU consumer law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits/data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. intent, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights).

12. Term & termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop and cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law, with notice where practicable.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we retain and delete data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email or in-app; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version is always at ibeacon.ai/terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and (for businesses) the courts of Riga, Latvia have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are an EU consumer, you keep the mandatory protections and the courts of your country of residence available to you, and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
