This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Beacon (operated by Youlinker SIA, Riga, Latvia) handles subscription cancellations and refunds. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Stripe; receipts and invoices are issued automatically by email.
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance for each period (monthly unless stated). Each period renews automatically until you cancel. The price, plan limits and billing period are shown at checkout and on the pricing page.
You can cancel at any time — there is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
EU/EEA consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because Beacon is a digital service supplied immediately, by subscribing and starting to use paid features you request immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully provided for the period; where it still applies, we refund the unused portion. To exercise it, email sales@ibeacon.ai within 14 days of purchase.
General policy. Outside the statutory withdrawal right, subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel anytime and retain access through the period you paid for. We will, at our reasonable discretion, issue a full or pro-rata refund where: you were charged in error or double-charged; a renewal occurred despite a timely cancellation; or a confirmed Service fault prevented you from using a paid feature for a material part of the period.
How to request: email sales@ibeacon.ai from your account email with the charge date and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may automatically retry. If payment ultimately fails, your subscription is cancelled and your account moves to the free tier; no partial charge is taken for an unpaid period.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we resolve billing issues quickly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension while the dispute is investigated.
