A real crawler fetches up to 250 of your pages (honoring robots.txt) and runs Google Lighthouse for lab Core Web Vitals. Titles, meta, headings, links, schema and indexability are checked against the actual HTML — not assumed.
We send your tracked prompts to live AI engines and record whether and where your brand appears. Engines we query live are labeled measured; engines we estimate are labeled modeled with a "~". We never present an estimate as a live answer.
Volume, difficulty and ranking data come from DataForSEO when connected; values from a real source are badged measured, heuristic estimates are badged est. Search position is shown only when Search Console is connected — otherwise it stays blank, never invented.
Citations are pulled from real public sources. When no backlink data source is configured, we show an honest empty state with how to connect one — instead of fabricating a backlink count.
